My stay at Mercure Pontianak was quite the experience. The location is amazing, right in the city center and next to the Ayani Mall, which is perfect for shopping and grabbing a bite. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially with my dietary needs. However, the air conditioning in my room didn't work well, making my nights uncomfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with room for improvement.

My stay at Mercure Pontianak City Center was quite enjoyable. The location was excellent, conveniently situated near the Ayani Megamall, making it easy to explore local dining and shopping options. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, which enhanced my experience. On the downside, my room initially had issues with air quality due to smoke from nearby areas, although the staff promptly assisted me in moving to a better room.
